MSK Kids, Memorial Sloan Kettering’s pediatric program, is the largest program in the United States dedicated to the care of children, adolescents, and young adults with cancer, immune deficiencies, and blood disorders. Many innovations pioneered at MSK Kids are now the standard of care across the nation, helping to improve outcomes for all children with cancer.

Role Overview:
Serve as the first point of contact for patients and caregivers, acting as a brand ambassador for MSK Screen cases, using established criteria seeking input from colleagues as needed, and referring to resources where appropriateCoordinate all materials management, collecting and submitting documentation to the medical record systemCollect detailed clinical information from the patient, their relatives, and/or physician to establish the current clinical situation (diagnosis, testing, and treatment to date)Make sure to assess all the patient's needs, schedule appointments, and document each interaction related to the caseBuild strong patient relationships, gain insight into customer needs, and see opportunities to benefit themKey Qualifications:
1-3 years of related experience providing an outstanding patient experience or in an administrative capacity within the healthcare settingA strong dedication to working with people in a patient-focused, clinical environmentAbility to provide at least a 2-year commitmentCore Skills:
