We are currently seeking a compassionate and approachable individual to join our team as a Care Assistant at a hospitalin Bury St Edmunds. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make a positive impact in a healthcare setting while gaining valuable experience.
Key Details:Hours of Work:Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PMSaturday: 08:00 AM – 2:00 PMClothing Requirements:Black shirtBlack trousersBlack shoesMain Responsibilities:Serve food and drink to patients in a timely and professional mannerClear away trays and utensils after mealsProvide a friendly, empathetic presence, ensuring patients feel valued and cared forAssist with various tasks to maintain a positive environment for patientsEngage with patients in a personable and approachable mannerRequirements:A basic DBS clearance is requiredA personable, compassionate approach with a genuine desire to help othersStrong communication skills and an ability to interact effectively with patients and staffNo interviews will be conducted for this role. Instead, the successful candidate will receive full training by shadowing an experienced staff member on their first day.
