Job Advertisement: Care Assistant - Llandovery

Location: Llandovery, SA20
Position: Care Assistant (Temporary)
Hourly Rate: £12.50 per hour
Hours: 44 hours per week
Shifts: AM, PM, or Night shifts available

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants in Llandovery. This would be working through agency on a temporary basis, though their could be the optionto go permanent in the future. You'll play a vital role in supporting our elderly residents with a high standard of care in a friendly and caring environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and groomingSupporting with mobility and ensuring safety at all timesAdministering medication as directed by the nursing teamAssisting with daily activities and promoting social engagementDeveloping positive, respectful relationships with residents, their families, and your colleagues

Requirements:

Previous experience in a care role is preferred but not essentialA caring and empathetic nature with a passion for supporting elderly individualsStrong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a teamA commitment to providing excellent, respectful careFlexibility to work 44 hours per week across AM, PM, or Night shifts
