Care Coordinator

Our commitment to "live assured" is the driving force behind everything we do, and it's a promise we confidently uphold thanks to our exceptional team members like you.   Compensation: $44,000 - $45,000   You'll play a vital role in our mission by: * Matching clients with caregivers to ensure exceptional care standards. * Learn about candidates and assess if they fit the company culture through authentic text and phone conversations, in-person interviews & timely follow-up.  * Deliver specific, positive feedback to care professionals to reward, recognition and celebrate their milestones and accomplishments. * Comply with applicable Federal and State laws governing regulations governing Home Care agencies. * Conducting retention visits for seamless transitions and performing comprehensive assessments to understand clients' unique needs. * Support our diverse census of clients and care staff with respect and compassion.  * Performs on-going maintenance and audits of client and care professional’s employee files. * Participating in on-call duties on a rotational basis.
