Compensation: $44,000 - $45,000 per year

You'll play a vital role in our mission by:

Matching clients with caregivers to ensure exceptional care standards. Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and caregivers. Conducting retention visits for seamless transitions. Efficiently managing billing and payroll on a weekly basis. Performing comprehensive assessments to understand clients' unique needs. Support our diverse census of clients and care staff with respect and compassion.  Participating in on-call duties on a rotational basis.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

An associate degree in Human Services or a related field (preferred but not required). Relevant experience, especially in home care and scheduling (a plus). Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. A valid driver's license and current car insurance.  Proficiency with Microsoft Office and excellent computer skills. A pleasant phone manner and a strong desire to help others. Creative problem-solving abilities, organization, and attention to detail.
