Griswold Home Care is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Care Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for clients and caregivers, managing on-boarding, scheduling, employee files, and ensuring excellent service. Key Responsibilities:
Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and complete background checks Maintain organized employee files Assist with scheduling shifts and filling open positions Handle client inquiries and ensure proper paperwork is completed Provide exceptional customer service to clients and caregivers Rotate on-call duties for continuous careQualifications:
High school diploma (GED) required; HR or staffing experience preferred Caregiving experience a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office equipment Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environmentWhy Griswold Home Care?
