We are recruiting for Registered Care Managers at our Residential CQC & Supported Living services in Birmingham, specifically in Handsworth Wood, King's Heath, and Selly Park.
This is a permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week. As a Registered Care Manager, you will earn between £31,707 and £33,930 per annum, depending on the service and role level. Additionally, you'll have the fantastic opportunity to join our on-call program, earning £250 per week (at £50 per night).
When you join Sense, you'll have access to a variety of support functions to assist you in your role.
In this position, you will oversee the daily operations of a responsive, innovative, and high-quality service that meets our standards. You will effectively manage a dedicated team, including a Deputy Manager and Support Workers, and be responsible for tasks such as rotas, supervising and mentoring the team to ensure that all shared responsibilities are fulfilled and systems maintained which guarantees compliance.
