As a Care Support Worker, you’ll be making a positive and lasting impact on the lives of the people you support. No one day will be the same as you focus on assisting individuals to live their best lives. You’ll help people identify what matters most to them and find creative ways to support them in achieving their goals, ensuring their voices are heard and choices respected.
You’ll play a crucial role in supporting customers practical needs and overall wellbeing, working collaboratively to ensure they can make decisions and thrive in their community. With a particular focus on supporting vulnerable individuals, you’ll deliver compassionate care while ensuring safety, advocating for human rights, and fostering independence.
Your Role Includes:
Your responsibilities will range from assisting with personal care and health needs to helping individuals pursue hobbies, manage their homes, and build meaningful relationships. You’ll also support with daily living tasks, ensure safety by adhering to policies and plans, and help residents engage with their community to the fullest extent.
You’ll need to be flexible to meet service requirements, including working unsociable hours, weekends, and bank holidays on a 24/7 pattern. This role also requires an Enhanced DBS.

Organised and proactive – skilled at managing a varied caseload, with strong attention to detail. An excellent communicator – comfortable working collaboratively with customers, colleagues, and professionals.
