We are seeking an RN Care Team Leader (CTL) to:

Be a front-line nursing leader with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Assess unit needs and ensure adequate resources for current and upcoming shifts, collaborate with other departments (both clinical and non-clinical), and coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges in a timely manner.
