Job Description:

Care Team Manager – Full Time
Location: Based in Texarkana, TX | Training in Mount Vernon, TX
Starting Pay: $18.50/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

What We’re Looking For:

High School Diploma or GED

2–4 years of experience in a healthcare setting

Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and home health care policies

Strong computer and communication skills

Reliable transportation

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Comfort with occasional travel to Mount Vernon for training

You will report to the Branch Director.
