**What You’ll Do:**
+ **Lead with Purpose:** Develop and guide a team of healthcare providers, ensuring excellence in patient care and clinical outcomes.
+ **Drive Innovation:** Implement and improve QAPI programs to optimize the care process and enhance patient satisfaction.
+ **Collaborate for Success:** Work closely with other leaders and your team to ensure the best patient care possible.
**What We Need from You:**
+ High School Diploma or GED required.
+ At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced office environment preferred.
+ Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, home care benefits, and state policies and procedures is a plus.
+ Strong computer and communication skills – you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment.
+ Reliable transportation for your daily responsibilities.
+ Above all, a passion for patient care and a commitment to developing an amazing team!
**Reporting To:** You’ll report to the Coordination Team Lead, Branch Director, or Alternate Branch Administrator.
