Job Purpose
To promote the development of independent living skills, and to assist service users in their daily living within a supported accommodation service, ensuring their safety and well – being at all times.
Minimum Education & Skills required
• Minimum of QQI Level 5 in Social Care, or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years previous experience of working with people with a disability.
• A clear understanding of the philosophy of independent living and community integration will be required to be demonstrated.
• Good communication skills and the ability to self-direct are also essential.
• A full clean driving licence
Job Duties & Responsibilities
• To collate, assessment and intervention information and expertise for the purpose of developing an individualized community support service.
• To document information, update records, and complete necessary paperwork for communication and accountability purposes
• To ensure all interaction with clients is approached with dignity, respect, equality and incorporates choice

Salary starting from point 1 € 30,916.28 - point 5 €32,518.82 (pro rata), depending on experience.
