Description
We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Career Advisor Manager in San Francisco, California. As a Career Advisor Manager, you will play a vital role in managing performance management processes, providing feedback, and assisting with the development of employees' skills and career advancement. You will also be expected to support your team leaders in facilitating developmental conversations and experiences.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate and manage end-to-end processes for assigned consultants, ensuring meeting readiness and actively participating in Career Development meetings.
• Serve as the main point of contact for policy-related questions and provide guidance on best practices.
• Document post-meeting outcomes and updates effectively and identify recurring themes across profiles and cohorts.
• Ensure quality and timeliness of feedback provided by Advisors and manage the review process.
• Organize pre-meeting discussions and post-meeting debriefs, providing essential information to the Talent team.
• Oversee the assignment of Advisors to consultant staff within designated cohorts.
• Co-facilitate onboarding sessions, training programs, and cohort meetings for staff.
• Draft and disseminate communications on timely topics and updates to local staff.
Requirements • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Human Capital Management (HCM).
• Strong understanding and experience with Benefit Functions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated knowledge of compliance regulations and standards.
• Proven ability in managing and improving Employee Relations.
• Extensive knowledge of Hiring Processes.
• Experience in Career Development planning and strategies.
• Proficiency in Career Counseling for diverse employee profiles.
