Position Summary The Career and Professional Development Specialist – Graduate Students position is responsible for the development, delivery, and management of educational and career-related programs and (experiential) activities that are linked to the educational mission of the graduate programs in the Bryan School. This position is primarily focused on career coaching and professional development for a growing population of both early career and experienced professionals enrolled in Bryan School graduate programs. Programs and activities are offered both online and in-person. The position works closely with members of the Office of External Affairs (specifically Employer Relations and Alumni Engagement) and Graduate Programs Office to align support from external audiences.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferably in higher ed counseling, student affairs, human resources, or business. Two years’ experience in higher ed career counseling, corporate recruitment, or related fields Proficiency with communication and collaboration technology platforms and tools Additional Required Certifications, Licensures, and Certificates Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in business, counseling, human resources, communication or student affairs.
