What You'll Do

Using your organizational and communicative talent as a Career Development Specialist, you’ll be part of the HR department that supports our non-consulting employees (Business Services Team or BST).

 

You’ll take care of the annual performance process for our people in Central Europe (CE). In close collaboration with the HR business partner, you will plan, coordinate, and support in all related processes. You will prepare and follow up on career development meetings and ensure all presentations and analyses are available that are needed for making decisions. You’ll support the yearly bonus process and aid in a smooth implementation. Additionally, you create salary benchmarks for our employees – whether as part of recruitment processes, promotions, or annual salary benchmarking rounds – and prepare analyses as well as personnel statistics to enable data-driven decisions and accurate cost calculations.

 

In order to continuously improve the feedback process, you’ll collaborate on educational sessions for employees and managers and serve as a contact for questions about our PDG (Perform, Develop, Grow) process.

 

With your creative vein and hands-on mentality, you also contribute to various departmental projects in our talent management segment.



What You'll Bring

You have successfully completed professional training or university studies, ideally with a focus on human resource management.In addition, you already have initial professional experience in a similar position in a multinational company.You enjoy working with numbers, are data- and process-oriented, and like to get to the bottom of things.You are proficient in MS Office software (especially Excel and PowerPoint).Your written and spoken English language skills are excellent.

Who You'll Work With

You'll be part of a six-member team whose collaboration is characterized by respect, acceptance, and mutual trust. Interfacing with them will give you interesting insight into the work of other areas of HR (recruiting, legal, training, etc.). You will report to the responsible HR Director, who will be there for you during your orientation phase and support you in your professional development. You will also always be able to draw on the experience of your coworkers.
