QUALIFICATIONS:

Academic Qualification

4 years University degree in Business Administration or Finance, or equivalent.

Working Experience

At least 3 years of Transfer Agency or Financial Services experience.

Technical Knowledge

Good knowledge about Fund Industry and Financial Market in general.

PC Skills

Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)Internet

Language Skills

Fluent in English (written and oral)Other European Languages (an advantage)

Non-technical Skills

Show good organizational skills in order to meet deadlines and keep well documented records.Filing standards must be maintainedFunction at all times as a team player to build an atmosphere of cooperation within the department.Provide assistance and guidance when require.Communicate effectively and efficiently with Clients, Fund Administration, colleagues and Managers in Shareholder Services.
