This is a part-time position with a maximum of 1,560 hours per year and is not eligible for paid holidays, leave, or benefits. Job Description: This class provides inbound and outbound call center support for residential water customers. Incumbents answer questions, inquiries, and water service requests over the phone and by email and process payments and adjustments. This position will work 4-hour shifts, Monday – Friday. Shift times will vary.
