What you’ll do
 
As the Data Visualisation Lead for Replenishment, you will be responsible for driving the design, development, and implementation of data visualisations that turn complex datasets into actionable insights. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into visually impactful dashboards and reports. You will be responsible for administering our visualisation platforms to ensure they are secure and content remains up-to-date and relevant. Your role is pivotal in enhancing data-driven decision-making processes by ensuring the clarity, accuracy, and accessibility of data. 
 

Design and build intuitive, user-friendly dashboards, reports, and data visualisations that communicate key insights to various stakeholders Lead, support and mentor a small team of experienced Insights Analysts Collaborate with data teams (engineers, analysts) and business units to understand data requirements and translate them into compelling visual narratives Present complex data insights in a clear and engaging manner to senior executives and non-technical stakeholders Drive continuous improvement of data visualisation processes, tools, and techniques to maximise efficiency and impact

 

What you’ll bring
 

Proven experience (5+ years) in data visualisation, analytics, or business intelligence roles Expertise with data visualisation tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) Strong understanding of data querying languages (e.g., SQL) and experience working with large datasets and with Cloud Based Platforms (eg. Google Cloud, Azure, AWS) advantageous Demonstrated ability to design visually compelling and effective data stories tailored to diverse audiences Ideally some People Leadership experience, with the ability to guide and mentor teams in data visualisation best practices
