Your opportunity
Responsibility for client support activity in the Benelux and Nordics, working with other EMEA regions as required Working closely with the RFP team, coordinating mandate searches/RFPs for the respective regions across the business - providing initial review and assisting the process through to completion Controlling the meeting process for PM marketing, including: pre-meets with investment teams, prep notes, presentation coordination, liaising with other regional teams on roadshows. Managing the regional team meeting process, updating activity log weekly. Dealing with ad-hoc enquiries on behalf of the Sales Directors or directly from prospects Respond to queries from the team’s shared Inbox Ensuring monthly and quarterly reporting fulfilments are completed for respective regions Work with the marketing team where required for regional marketing activity. Helping with preparation of events, including attendance as required Work closely with the wider EMEA & Latam Client Group Proactively developing internal relationships across the business, collaborating with other teams as necessary Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Must have skills
Candidate should be proactive, taking a pride in their job and have an eye for accuracy and layout; Ability to work under pressure and to act on own initiative is essential; Good communication skills – ability to liaise confidently at all levels; Team player – able to work effectively with all members of the team and other individuals throughout the company; Flexible and able to adjust quickly to business requirements.
Nice to have skills
MS Office to an Intermediate standard – PowerPoint and Excel Advanced; Educated to degree level (preferably in Finance or Business related degree); Candidates with previous administrative and sales support experience preferable; Experience of financial services, either asset management or banking, is desirable.
