What you’ll do
As our Emerging Businesses Performance and Reward Partner, you will be a strategic advisor/SME responsible for developing and managing total reward programs for our emerging businesses and international hubs. Drive growth by ensuring our rewards attract, motivate, and retain top talent in a competitive market. This includes end-to-end accountability for performance and reward, partnering with business leaders and People Teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Designing innovative reward strategies aligned with business needs and growth in a fast-paced environment. Preparing board papers and supporting governance processes for majority-owned entities. Developing and implementing compelling STI and LTI plans. Providing expert advice on benchmarking, job evaluations, and market trends. Managing salary planning, bonuses, and LTI grants for majority-owned entities, and supporting emerging businesses and international hubs.
What you’ll bring
Reward experience: 8+ years in reward, with expertise in incentive plan design and market practices. Incentive design: Demonstrated experience in managing the full reward lifecycle, from strategy development and design to implementation, administration, and evaluation. Reward program implementation: Strong exposure to developing and implementing reward programs for emerging businesses, ideally within a fast-paced and evolving environment. M&A exposure: Proven ability to lead the reward aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, integration planning, and harmonisation of reward programs. Stakeholder management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships and influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
