Your opportunity
An IT Service Analyst plays a pivotal role in ensuring that an organization's IT services meet the needs and expectations of both internal and external customers. This position involves a mix of technical expertise, customer service skills, and process management. The IT Service Analyst acts as a bridge between the IT department and its users, focusing on service delivery, support, and continuous improvement. This role will have the following responsibilities:
Service Management: Monitor and manage IT service performance against service level agreements (SLAs) and operational level agreements (OLAs). Incident and Problem Management: Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related issues. Record, track, and resolve incidents and problems efficiently. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate IT teams. Change and Release Management: Participate in the planning and implementation of IT changes and releases, ensuring minimal impact on services. Customer Support: Provide high-quality support to users, ensuring their IT needs are met in a timely and professional manner. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of incidents, changes, and user requests. Generate reports on IT service performance and areas for improvement. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for service improvement and contribute to the development of best practices within the IT department. Training and Guidance: Offer training and guidance to users on how to utilize IT services and resources effectively. Liaison: Act as a liaison between IT and other departments, ensuring clear communication and understanding of IT service offerings and policies. Carry out other duties as assigned.

Must have skills
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks, such as ITIL. Understanding of network infrastructure, databases, and software applications. Ability to analyze service performance data and identify trends or issues. Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve IT issues effectively. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have skills
Process management frameworks such as Lean, Lean Six Sigma Agile operating experience such as SAFe Financial Services experience/knowledge Familiar with Digital Products Understanding of Product Management framework

Compensation information
The base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This role will remain open through November 30, 2024. Annual Bonus Opportunity: Position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.
