Your opportunity  
 

To join the programme support team of the Operational Transformation function – tasked with leading large scale global change initiatives 

PMO Alignment to large scale transformation programme workstreams and regional PMO support. 

Critical path management alongside Operational Transformation Support Manager. 

Follow up on programme actions and escalate risks and issues. 

Assist in running stand ups and workstream meetings 

Dependency map management (ingoing/ outgoing) 

Review and consolidation of workstream status reports 

Assist with steerco and board input 

Support Regional Programme Manager and Transformation Support Manager.

Must have skills  

 

Experience in working in a PMO function 

Excellent knowledge and experience on MS Project and planning discipline.  

Proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint and Word 

Excellent writing and presentational skills 

Flexibility to take on a variety of tasks with the ability to easily context switch and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment 

 

Nice to have skills  

 

Experience in working in asset management 

Certification in project management desirable

Compensation information 

 

The base salary range for this position is $80,000-$90,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different.  This role will remain open through September 15, 2024.

 

 

 

Annual Bonus Opportunity:  Position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool.  The profit pool is funded based on Company profits.  Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.
