As a Seller Growth Manager, you will take ownership of driving strategic growth and optimising the performance of a cohort of third-party sellers.

What you'll do
Drive the performance of an assigned cohort of sellers across all 4 WMP marketplace to meet revenue targets, while improving Voice of Seller (VOS) scores. Develop and execute impactful trade plans and promotional strategies to optimise seasonal sales and marketing opportunities. Advocate for and drive the adoption of new programs, tools, and marketplace opportunities to enhance seller success. Collaborate with sellers to ensure compliance with SLAs and provide actionable insights to improve operational standards. Facilitate seller migration to additional WMP marketplaces to broaden product offerings and customer reach. Take initiative to identify opportunities and challenges, make informed decisions independently, and drive solutions that contribute to the overall success of the Seller Growth team and its objectives.
What you’ll bring
4–6+ years of experience in seller management, trade planning, or e-commerce. Proven ability to develop and implement growth strategies based on data-driven insights. Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Power BI, Looker and Excel. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders. Previous experience in managing complex accounts and driving long-term strategic partnerships. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment focused on continuous improvement.
