Your opportunity
Lead the design, development and delivery of specific product initiatives in UK, Ireland and Luxembourg including new funds and strategies, product amendments and enhancements and corporate actions Work with investments and distribution leads to oversee the existing fund range as well as develop new tactical and strategic solutions. Ensure the approval of product initiatives through the JHI product governance process, including fund board and management company approvals Ensuring key stakeholders are kept fully informed on project delivery, progress and issues arising Lead relationships with other internal departments on any in-scope product related issues Committee and board representation as appropriate Field queries and issues relating to the product proposition, its design and operating model Carry out other duties as assigned

Must have skills
Knowledge and experience of European cross-border funds (UK, Luxembourg and Ireland) and detailed understanding of the UCITS regulatory regime Proven track record of delivering European product development Ability to work closely with, and influence, portfolio managers, other front office personnel and executives Good communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to liaise with senior management, peers and other team members Commercial awareness Understanding of the drivers and processes integral to successful product development and management Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
