What you’ll do 
 
This is a unique opportunity to take action to deliver the Woolworths Group’s latest Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). Representing our many brands and platforms’ commitments to Reconciliation, you will bring your experience in project/program delivery, communication and relationship management to execute a broad range of deliverables spanning our entire Group focused on Reconciliation between Indigenous and non-Indigenous Australians.
 
As you ensure RAP deliverables are implemented in full and on time, you will also:

Coordinate and lead Woolworths’ RAP working group and other RAP-related meetings. Create and maintain project documentation to effectively govern and report on RAP outcomes. Work cross-functionally with a range of internal partners and external agencies to build RAP awareness and engagement and to fulfil their RAP commitments. Be a connector between cross-divisions and teams to identify inter-dependencies and risks while ensuring Woolworths’ brands and platforms remain informed on the RAP’s progression. Actively promote and coordinate days of significance within Woolworths Group. Coordinate and lead the development of Woolworths Group’s next RAP, in collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders. Support the Indigenous Affairs team on day to day tasks including queries, finance and workflow management.
 

What you’ll bring
  Driven by a passion for Reconciliation, you'll forge strong relationships with people, stakeholders and communities.  A natural collaborator and results-oriented doer, you'll dive into all levels of execution across Woolworths' complex environment, adapting your communication style to effectively engage diverse stakeholders.
 

Strong experience leading projects in large and complex organisations at project or program manager level with demonstrable experience delivering tangible and measurable outcomes. Experience with project governance, including meeting coordination, progress reporting and business updates. Strategic mindset able to develop and activate projects and plans to meet goals and targets. Including the ability to adapt plans based on evolving internal and external factors. Exceptional communication skills adaptable to different audiences both internal and external, both Indigenous and non-Indigenous stakeholders. Experience interacting with Senior Leadership; able to present with confidence whilst taking on actions and incorporating feedback. Previous experience with reconciliation, or a strong willingness and passion to learn about reconciliation and closing the gap between Indigenous and non-Indigenous Australians.
