Your opportunity
Managing client and prospect relationships. Identifying and acting upon new business opportunities and driving sales efforts within the UK Client Group Services team. Collaborate with sales teams and fund managers to organise engaging roadshows and fund update meetings, ensuring effective communication and information dissemination. Handle ad-hoc enquiries from the team, clients, prospects, and consultants efficiently, working alongside all our internal support functions to ensure accuracy and timeliness of response. Manage follow-up communications after meetings and oversee the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports for the UK Client Group Services team. Oversee the onboarding process for clients within the pooled fund structures and facilitate a smooth transition for separate accounts by working closely with the Client Account Management team. Coordinate and conduct initial reviews of RFPs, RFIs, and presentations, ensuring all documents are comprehensive and aligned with our strategic objectives. Conduct thorough market research and individual investor opportunity assessments. Analyse competitor information using tools like Bloomberg, Morningstar Direct, and eVestment to strategically position our products. Assisting with event preparation and implementation of marketing initiatives in collaboration with the UK marketing team. Commit to deepening your understanding of our product offerings and the broader asset management industry, staying abreast of trends and developments. Be willing to take on extra duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to the team's achievements.

Must have skills
MS Office to an Intermediate standard – PowerPoint and Excel Advanced; Educated to degree level (preferably in Finance or Business related degree); IMC qualification desirable. Candidates with previous administrative and sales support experience preferable; Experience of financial services, either asset management or banking, is desirable.
Nice to have skills
Candidate should be proactive, taking a pride in their job and have an eye for accuracy and layout; Ability to work under pressure and to act on own initiative is essential; Good communication skills – ability to liaise confidently at all levels; Team player – able to work effectively with all members of the team and other individuals throughout the company; Flexible and able to adjust quickly to business requirements.
