As a Call Center Customer Service Specialist within the Fraud Collections Retail & Card Services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our valued customers. Your primary responsibilities will include expertly handling customer inquiries, which will enhance your communication and problem-solving skills. You will be crucial in managing various customer transactions, such as fraud investigations, collections, payments, and loans, contributing to a dynamic and engaging work environment.
