The Help Desk Analyst (Central Office located) will provide user and computer support to agency staff and managers, both directly and remotely as a member of the  ARCareerEd  Information Systems and Services Dept.  The Help Desk Analyst is responsible for daily tasks needed to provide support to their responsible sites as well resolve issues specified via trouble tickets issued by a state-wide ticketing system managed by DIS. 
General DescriptionTests, maintains, and monitors computer programs and systems, including coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems. Coordinates and links computer systems, within an agency and the state, to increase compatibility and to share information. Consults with management to ensure agreement on system principles. Expands or modifies systems to serve new purposes or improve work flow. Determines computer software or hardware needed to set up or alter system.
