What You'll Be Doing
As a vital member of our team, you will provide personalized, hands-on care to our residents—enhancing their well-being and promoting independence through support with daily activities. Embracing our core values—We Speak Up, We Step Up, We Lift Up, and We Team Up—you’ll advocate for resident rights and ensure a safe, nurturing environment. Your responsibilities include effective communication with residents, families, and team members to tailor care to individual needs, engaging residents in meaningful activities, administering medications, monitoring resident status, and promptly reporting any changes. Your dedication and compassion will have a lasting impact on the lives of those we serve.
What You’ll Need
A desire to provide compassionate care, to learn, grow, and play a significant role on our passionate Peninsula Regent team.Minimum of 1 year of experience in a nursing home, senior living facility, or as a caregiver.Current CPR and First AidFamiliarity with electronic medical records and clinical software systems.
Schedule Options
Full-Time: PM (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM); Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday
Wages
Caregiver: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour, DOE
