We are seeking a Caregiver Coordinator to join our team, someone who will play a key role in managing and supporting our caregiver staff and ensuring the highest quality of service to our clients.

Position Overview:
The Caregiver Coordinator will be responsible for supporting our caregiver team, ensuring they are set up for success and have all the resources and guidance they need to provide excellent care. This includes managing caregiver performance, conducting check-ins, providing ongoing support, planning caregiver meet-ups and events, and handling disciplinary actions when necessary. Additionally, you will manage an Admin on your team, assist with caregiver interviews, conduct our new caregiver orientation, and oversee compliance tasks to ensure we meet all necessary regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Caregiver Support & Performance Management:

Conduct regular check-ins and provide ongoing support to caregivers to ensure job satisfaction and performance. Manage disciplinary actions when necessary, ensuring a fair and consistent approach. Provide guidance and mentorship to caregivers, helping them navigate challenges and improve performance.

Planning & Coordination:

Organize and plan caregiver meet-ups, events, and team-building activities to foster community and morale among the caregiving team. Assist with the coordination of training and development opportunities for caregivers.

Performance Evaluations:

Conduct performance evaluations for caregivers, providing constructive feedback and support for professional growth. Develop action plans for improvement and work closely with caregivers to help them succeed.

Orientation & Training:

Conduct new caregiver orientation sessions, providing a comprehensive welcome and setting caregivers up for success in their roles. Ensure new caregivers understand company policies, procedures, and expectations.

Compliance & Regulatory Oversight:

Ensure all caregivers are compliant with licensing, regulatory, and training requirements. Keep up to date with industry regulations and ensure the organization’s policies align with them. Assist with maintaining accurate caregiver records and documentation for audits and reviews.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a caregiving or healthcare-related field is preferred. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage, mentor, and support caregivers. Experience with performance evaluations, coaching, and handling disciplinary actions. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and manage various administrative and operational responsibilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
