Pay Rate: $14.00 - $16.00/hr (BASED ON EXPERIENCE) Job Summary Adept Home Care is currently seeking a caring, dependable non-medical hourly caregiver for IMMEDIATE PLACEMENT for the following days/hours for client located in Irwin (North Huntingdon), PA:   + Friday, Saturday, Sunday (10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.) + Friday, Saturday, Sunday (5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. OR 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.)   Client Diagnosis: Dementia, Heart Condition - heart attack 15 years ago, Chronic Frailty, Hearing/Mobility Impairment, Fall Risk, Diabetes, Stroke - 10 years ago, High Blood Pressure, Left Side Weakness  IMPORTANT:  Full Assist Client Duties may include but not limited to: + Cooking and Light Housekeeping + Laundry and Change of Bed Linens + Grocery Shopping + Companionship + Range of Motion Exercises + Bathing, Grooming and Dressing Assistance + Driving to Appointments and Errands + Walking and Transfer Assistance + Medication Reminders + ADL's + Ambulation + Change Depends + Transportation - Does NOT need vehicle.
