The Products team is responsible for developing and delivering the future of payments in Central America and the Caribbean. This role is in charge of product delivery in market, including P&L responsibility, for the consumer products and services portfolio in select markets within Central America & the Caribbean. The ideal candidate will need to define and execute a strategy that includes managing & optimizing the existing line of business, prospecting for new payment opportunities and delivering new use cases.
Principal Responsibilities
Execute strategic initiatives designed to deliver defined revenue goals.Engage traditional financial institutions and non-traditional clients to understand their needs and consultatively sell-in Visa’s products and servicesManage product and service portfolio in market to identify opportunities for optimization and to deepen and extend relationships with clientsIdentify opportunities for new payment opportunities and perform prospecting with clients, partners and providers to develop businessIdentify and deliver new use cases in market that combine digital assets and API-based capabilities from Visa, clients and partners to deliver on revenue goalsCollaborate internally with Product and Country Sales Teams and Client Services organization and externally with partners, enablers and solution providers to execute in market.Characteristics of Successful Candidates

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
