Minimum Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma, GED, or completion of elementary school. Training: Completion of a carpentry apprenticeship program OR a minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on carpentry experience. Skills: Strong math skills for measurements and material calculations; ability to read and follow building plans and basic instructions. Experience Requirements: Practical experience in general carpentry, including framing, finishing, and remodeling. Proficient in using standard carpentry tools and equipment. Understanding of basic safety protocols for carpentry and construction sites. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team to meet project deadlines
