**Job Title: Carpenter Foreman** **Job Description** You will be working on wood and metal frame buildings. Responsibilities include steel stud framing, wood framing, trim, concrete, and light demolition work. Daily tasks will involve the use of various hand tools and power tools such as drills, tape measures, hand saws, nail guns, and reciprocating saws for cutting materials prior to framing. This role demands a well-rounded carpenter who is eager to work on a variety of projects and apply different skills. **Responsibilities** + Steel stud framing + Wood framing + Trim work + Concrete work + Light demolition work + Daily use of hand tools and power tools + Cutting materials for framing + Overseeing other workers + Working independently on special projects **Work Environment** This role involves working on a construction job site with a team size of 2-5 people. Employees must be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain). The standard hours are from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm, working 45-50 hours during the summer months. The company has great employee retention and tenure and offers a variety of projects and responsibilities. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
