****Carpenter - WEEKLY PAY - $32/Hour**** Location: Sioux Falls, SD Pay: $25-$32/Hour Shift: 7AM - 5PM // Monday to Friday **_We are a large commercial construction company that handles everything from design to build. We self-perform a significant amount of the carpentry and steel work, while subcontracting other tasks. Currently, we manage 17-20 projects simultaneously and are working on two school projects. The role may require transitioning between different projects within SD, typically focusing on one to two main projects based on location and travel preferences._** **Responsibilities** + Perform carpentry work including framing, finish carpentry, and rough carpentry. + Read and interpret blueprints to execute construction tasks accurately. + Install metal studs, cabinetry, trim work, and drywall. + Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively and safely. + Collaborate with other team members and supervisors to ensure project goals are met. + Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols. **Skills** + Proficient in carpentry, framing, and finish carpentry. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Experience with hand tools and power tools. + Knowledge of commercial construction practices. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with rough framing and installation. + Ability to install metal studs, cabinetry, and trim work. + Familiarity with drywall installation. + Basic tools required: Hammer, Pliers, Speed Square, Tape Measure (25’), Utility Knife, Tool Belt, 10” Crescent Wrench, Vise Grip, Cats Paw, Pry Bar, Chalk Line, Tin Snips, Flat and Phillips Screwdriver, Gloves, Boots, and Weather Appropriate Attire. **_APPLY NOW!!!_** **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
