As a Maintenance Carpenter, you will be providing both planned and reactive building maintenance across various commercial clients across Brisbane and the surrounding areas.
You will form part of our mobile Building Team providing remedial and upgrade carpentry works across various commercial clients.

Due to the security clearance required for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen.

Typical works undertaken daily include:
- Carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance
- Install new building fixtures/ replacing end of life assets
- Coordinate, troubleshoot and identify repairs required and provide like for like repairs to an excellent standard
- General understanding on basic concreting, tiling, painting and plastering
- Identify roofing defects/ leaks and provide repairs and estimates from minor storm damage
- Provide cost effective but comprehensive solutions by providing value and quality for our clients
- Experience installing Fire Doors - Advantageous 
- Understand managing other tradespeople for multi trade repairs (minor fit outs) - Advantageous
- Foster and maintain positive working relationships with team mates and clients
- Ability to work on an on call roster – Excellent OT/ Penalty Rates for candidates

Skills & Experience
- Cert 3 - Carpentry
- Strong Commercial Maintenance Experience
- Attention to Detail
- Ability as a general all-rounder
- Ability to work autonomous and organise your own job list schedule
- White Card
- Driving Licence
- QBCC Licence - Advantageous
- Cert II Passive Fire (Not essential but a bonus)
