Work where you matter.** **A Brief Overview** Accountable for a variety of general, mechanical, and preventative maintenance duties as well as inspections, servicing, repair, and overhaul of equipment and facilities of the hospital. **What you will do** + Demonstrates ability to perform finish carpentry work. + Demonstrates ability to install drywall, plaster, metal studs (building materials) and perform caulking. + Demonstrates ability to comprehend grades of lumber and types. + Demonstrates ability to perform lock repair and applications. + Demonstrates ability to perform basic cabinetry designs and drawings. **Essential Qualifications** The individual must be able to work the hours specified.
