Carpenter
Description
This person will be a rough carpenter. They will be working exclusively on framing, and general labor duties for a commercial construction project. They will be required to use all types of hand tools on a daily basis as well. They will be using power drills, tape measures, as well as hand saws, nail guns, and reciprocating saws to cut the materials prior to framing.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Must:
-6+ months of experience doing framing of new construction.
-6+ months of power tool usage(i.e-Power Drills, Reciprocating Saws, Nail Guns, etc.)
-6+ months of demolition work on a construction site
Plus:
-6+ months of concrete experience(They may help out with the pouring of sidewalks from time to time.)
-Any finish carpentry work would be a huge plus as it would make them more versatile for the Site Manager
Additional:
-Someone that has done demolition work would be a good fit as they are not afraid to get their hands dirty.
-Someone who has done some welding, or steel stud framing would also be a good fit as they would have a good understanding of what is going on at all times on site.
-Someone who worked in Landscaping, or as a Farm hand would be a great fit based on their ability to work outside, as well as working hard, physical jobs.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
