**Job Title: Glazier/Carpenter**** **Job Description** Our client located in Hampton Roads is winning a lot of work and specializes in glass installation for storefronts. They are looking to hire 3 carpenters and train them to become glaziers. Candidates must be willing to learn a new trade and be reliable. The role involves using basic hand tools such as battery drills and impact drills, and installing panels on construction sites daily. The work requires traveling to job sites in the Hampton Roads area using a company vehicle. **Responsibilities** + Learn and perform glazing tasks. + Use basic hand tools such as battery drills and impact drills. + Install panels on construction sites. + Travel to various job sites in the Hampton Roads area using a company vehicle. **Essential Skills** + 1-2 years of experience in glass cutting and installing windows. + General experience in the carpentry trade. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Willingness to learn a new trade. + Reliability and punctuality. **Why Work Here?** This is a contract-to-hire position offering great benefits and a 401K plan. The client provides a hard hat, vest, and glasses, but steel-toed boots are required. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Virginia Beach, Virginia. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $25.00/hr.
