Job Title: Finish Carpenter

Job Description

We are seeking two experienced Finish Carpenters to join our team. The ideal candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in finish carpentry, particularly within commercial construction settings. Although an OSHA 10 certification is not required before starting, it will need to be obtained at some point during the contract.

ResponsibilitiesPerform finish carpentry tasks, including exterior trim and siding work.Work independently and reliably to complete assigned projects.Travel to various job sites within a 60-mile radius on both South Shore and North Shore.Utilize a complete tool list to effectively perform carpentry duties.Essential SkillsMinimum of 5 years of experience in finish carpentry.Proficiency in exterior trim and siding.Ability to work independently and maintain reliability.Possession of a complete tool list.Willingness and ability to travel up to 60 miles for job assignments.Additional Skills & QualificationsOSHA 10 certification (preferred but can be obtained during the contract).Why Work Here?

Work Environment

You will be working on brand new apartment construction projects, ensuring a safe and unoccupied work environment. Our team consists of approximately 65 field workers, with 15 specializing in exterior trim and siding and 40 dedicated to finish carpentry. This role offers the chance to contribute to significant commercial construction projects and collaborate with a skilled team.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
