What it takes:
+ 5+ years of carpentry, building construction, or related experience
+ Mechanical aptitude and extensive experience with power tools
+ Proficient in reading blueprints or shop drawings
+ Estimating experience
+ OSHA 10-hour certification, or the ability to obtain within one month
+ Must possess a valid drivers license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven, and an acceptable driving record as determined by the Michels Review Team
