What it takes:

5+ years of carpentry, building construction, or related experienceMechanical aptitude and extensive experience with power toolsProficient in reading blueprints or shop drawingsEstimating experienceOSHA 10-hour certification, or the ability to obtain within one monthMust possess a valid drivers license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven, and an acceptable driving record as determined by the Michels Review Team
