Sletten Construction is looking for Carpenters to support current construction projects in the state of Washington, in and around Puyallup.   Knowledge, Skills & Abilities + Must work quickly, productively and safely without error and consistently meet the production goals as set by the Foreman, Superintendent or Project Manager. + Must consistently produce quality workmanship as judged by Company standards. + Must comply with all company safety and personnel policies. + Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 80 lbs. + Must be able to climb, bend, stoop, kneel, lift overhead, work at heights, walk/work in rough terrain in order to access equipment, tools, materials, and jobsite in order to complete work. + Alter, repair, and construct a variety of building structures such as walls, partitions, doorways, window casings, stairways, and roofs. + Tape and finish drywall. + Uphold safety as the most important goal of our company and support our goal of achieving zero accidents.   Qualifications + Must be over 18 + Must have own transportation + Must be able to pass a drug test + Ability to read structural plans and design documents + Understanding of design/build concepts + Must be willing to travel to job sites Additional Information + Wage rates are $25-$40/hour depending on experience + Health insurance is provided after 3 months of continuous employment to the employee (family can be added for additional premium) + We are an Employee Stock Option Plan company that is 100% employee owned. + Employee Assistance Program available   EOE, M/F/D/V welcomed to apply.
