**Job Title: Carpenter Foreman** **Job Description** As a Carpenter Foreman, you will work with a team to complete daily tasks and perform preventative maintenance on equipment within the facility. This role involves repairing, maintaining, and constructing new structures to ensure they are safe, functional, and up to code. **Responsibilities** + Complete daily tasks and preventative maintenance on equipment within the facility. + Perform repairs, maintenance, and new construction, ensuring all work is safe, functional, and up to code. + Work with a variety of construction methods, including wood, metal, drywall, and concrete. + Read and interpret blueprints to guide construction and repair work. + Assist with other trades as needed. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in carpentry, finish carpentry, and rough carpentry. + Experience with drywall installation and repair. + Ability to use hand tools effectively. + Blueprint reading skills. + Experience in handyman work and window unit installation. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Experience in a variety of construction methods. + Strong problem-solving skills. **Why Work Here?** We provide a supportive environment where carpenters have access to their own tool shop.
