**Job Title:** Carpenter Foreman **Pay** : 25$-32$ **Job Summary** Leverage your carpentry expertise to oversee and complete residential construction projects. As a hands-on foreman, you will manage a small team and collaborate directly with the owner, focusing on custom home builds from the ground up. **Key Responsibilities** + Manage and deliver new residential construction projects. + Lead a small team on custom housing builds. + Work alongside the owner in the field to ensure project success. + Apply carpentry skills across all stages of construction, from foundation to finishing. **Required Skills & Experience** + 5+ years of experience in custom residential home building. + Proven leadership experience managing small teams. + Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of construction, including carpentry, framing, finish work, cabinetry, concrete, doors, and metal stud framing. + Proficient in using both hand and power tools. **Additional Qualifications** + Must possess own tools. **Work Environment** + Work on residential projects both indoors and outdoors with a small, dedicated team. **Position Type & Location** + Contract-to-hire role based in Spokane Valley, Washington. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
