Job Summary:\n

The carpenter is responsible for performing carpentry work in all areas throughout Busch Stadium. Duties for carpenters include construction, installation, repair and assembly of furniture or equipment while maintaining a comfortable, safe and efficient environment for employees and guests. \n

Job Duties:\n\nDesign, build, remodel, install and repair structures, walls, floors, doors, doorframes, windows, ceilings, masonry, concrete, furniture, fences and other items using different types of materials including but not limited to wood, plastic, metal, fiberglass, cement or drywall\nInstall\/replace interior and exterior signage, framed photos and displays. Assemble\/disassemble stage panels. Erect and anchor tents for activation booths\nRepair or replace stadium seating components\nPerform an assortment of carpentry tasks in an office environment\n\n

Education and Experience Required:\n\nCertificate of completion of apprenticeship as a Carpenter under a registered Bureau of Apprenticeship and Training program\nJourneyman level experience as a carpenter. Understanding in carpentry techniques, methods of installation and construction, associated tools and equipment\n\n

Education and Experience Preferred:\n\n4 years of experience as a Journeyman Carpenter. Experience working with equipment such as boom lifts, scissor lifts and forklifts\nJourneyman level experience as a carpenter preferred. Excellent understanding in carpentry techniques, methods of installation, construction and associated tools and equipment. Ability to comprehend schematic diagrams, blueprints, sketches or building plans\n
