Carrier Accounts Payable Representative
C.H. Robinson is seeking a dynamic Carrier Accounts Payable Representative! In this role, you will leverage your systems knowledge and critical thinking skills to resolve direct payables issues efficiently. You will communicate effectively with partners and internal salespeople, ensuring exceptional customer service and timely, detailed logs. With the flexibility for remote work three days a week, this role strikes the perfect balance between teamwork and autonomy. **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following: + Leverage systems and processes to resolve issues daily, meeting error rate guidelines + Release direct payments to partners and invoices to customers + Utilize problem-solving and critical thinking to resolve partner issues + Make quick decisions and sound judgment calls when resolving issues + Escalate complex issues to senior team members or leadership + Adhere to established procedures and quality guidelines + Contribute ideas for process improvement + Develop professional relationships with internal and external customers + Continue to build skills and knowledge of direct payables processes + Provide backup support for team members as needed **QUALIFICATIONS** Required: + High School Diploma or GED equivalent + Minimum 2 years of data entry experience + Minimum 1 year of strong customer service experience leveraging written and verbal communication skills Preferred: + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of Programs + Previous experience with the Navisphere system + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Positive, professional attitude and excellent customer service skills with an ability to deal with conflict/sensitive topics + Strong interpersonal skills + Critical thinking skills and the ability to use own judgement and make decisions + Strong organization skills and attention to detail + Self-motivated and the ability to work independently + Ability to work in fast-paced, professional, and deadline driven environment + Effective in multitasking and prioritizing their skills and time + Ability to motivate and encourage change, able to get positive results in a very large, dispersed organization + Values a diverse and inclusive work environment CH Robinson is an equal opportunity employer.
