What You Do:
•    Maintain a master insurance carrier code list for all lines of business, a master issuing/billing company insurance carrier list and a master parent/sub insurance carrier list
•    Regular review and updating of insurance carrier code list
•    Ensure employees are using the proper insurance carrier codes
•    Maintain and update master insurance carrier contact list
•    Maintain and store all insurance carrier logins for all employees
•    Responsible for determining and setting up insurance carrier credentials and appointments for all employees
•    Responsible for responding to licensing and E&O requests from insurance carriers and brokers 
•    Other duties and special projects, as assigned

Your Education and Experience:

Required 
•    Proficient computer skills to be able to use the entire suite of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook and Applied EPIC agency management system
•    Attention to detail and fine print
•    Ability to communicate clearly with third party vendors

Physical Requirements
Ability to:    
•    Perform work on a computer for extended periods of time
•    Sit/stand for extended periods of time in work area
•    Grasp objects using your fingers (fine motor skills)  
•    Communicate and speak in a clear, concise, and professional manner both in person and on the telephone  
•    Travel by air or ground transportation as required in performing job duties.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $64,800 to $113,400.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
