Job Functions
• Manage IT Budget and Procurement Process to manage budget analysis, forecasting activities, and procurement processes.
• Manage IT purchasing costs, and/or lead special projects associated with IT spending analysis, purchasing, procedures and processes.
Key Job Responsibilities
• Partner with FP&A and individual IT Departments to analyze monthly budget spend, implement forecasting, and develop financial reporting.
• Coordinate the activities of IT purchasing, IT Vendor relationships, and software licensing in the area of IT Infrastructure.
• Formulating, developing and preparing all documentation applicable to solicitations, contracts and contract management actions for all major projects.
• Managing the procurement process including bid contract formation, requests for proposals, preparing and processing of procurement documents, purchase orders, negotiating contracts, bid specifications and solicitations.
• Place IT department’s hardware and software orders and handle routine processes.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are shipped on schedule by Vendors.
• Administer associated deliverables and reporting requirements to department and IT management.
• Maintain interface with Vendors to ensure the procurement of high-quality merchandise, expedient delivery, and dependable service at optimum price. Refer problems involving deliveries or invoices to the buyer for resolution.
• Assist with, participate in, and/or lead special projects associated with corporate IT spending analysis, procedures, and modifications.
• Ensuring work is in accordance with company policies and procedure
• Identify potential process improvements and work with other management teams to evaluate, prioritize, and implement the new procedures.
• Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations relating to job duties.
• Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.
• Make recommendations to implement improved processes.

Job Requirements
Minimum Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of previous buying or procurement experience.
• Expert proficiency in MS Excel a must
• High proficiency, in Power Point, Power BI, SharePoint and Service Now a must
• Experience with corporate ERP purchasing modules is preferred.
• Experience working with competitive bids and Requests for Proposals and quotes.
• Experience negotiating contracts with suppliers and/or subcontractors preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Knowledge of basic Procurement Policies, local laws and regulations impacting purchases.
• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal, organizational, customer service and communication skills required.
• Must be extremely detail-oriented, self-motivated, highly organized, resourceful, and reliable.
• Must be able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced growing environment; able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Ability to follow directions and apply proper policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and high concern for identifying savings opportunities and achieving those savings.
• Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
