MCSS Job Description
We are looking for a candidate who can work in a high pace environment with the capability to multitask within the workplace. Within the facility, associates will be asked to follow the Exchange MCSS standard/expectations closely through the proper training channels (LEX, training rosters, OJT).
Associates will be asked to fold, front, stock, clean, fitting appointments, run a register (with the functions of returns, exchanges, and checkout), organize, some knowledge of military understanding (optional, but highly requested) and provide great customer service.

Responsible for driving the customer experience through proactive and customer focused behaviors and actions. Actively evaluates customers' needs by listening, providing solutions, and making recommendations to maximize customer satisfaction and Exchange brand loyalty.
